Netball (Womens)

Please fill out the membership form so that we can complete your membership once you've paid.

You will also need to give a passport photo to your Captain/President with your name and club written on the reverse. Once the cards have been made up then your Captain/President will return them to you.

n.b. This is for basic membership and this will change once kits have arrived.
